Policies and Guarantees

Here's how we work with you:

  • If Music Trax does not live up to its service guarantee, your money will be refunded.*
  • Booking Policy: Our price quote is good for 30 days and not binding until you sign and return the All-Inclusive Contract along with the required reservation fee.
  • Cancellation & Refund Policy: If you book a show and for some reason beyond your control have to cancel, we will reschedule to another open date at no charge, OR, at our discretion, refund all or part of the deposit.  However, no refunds will be made for cancellation within 30 days prior to the booked date.
  • Liability: The signer of the contract for your event agrees that if our equipment is damaged at the event by guests or others, the signer is liable for repairs and/or replacement of said equipment.
  • Assignment: Gregg Myers will presonally DJ and MC your event.  Over the course of twenty four  years, Gregg has never missed an engagement or had to refund a deposit.  However, if circumstances beyond his control prevent him from performing, every attempt possible will be made to find a suitable replacement agreeable to you. If you do not agree with the suggested replacement, your money will be refunded and Music Trax shall be held harmless.
  • You will be asked to complete the Music Trax performance evaluation questionnaire within 30 days following your event.

*In the event that a client is not satisfied with Music Trax services, client may request a full or partial refund of fees paid to Music Trax. Such a request must be presented in writing within 10 days following the event.  Such a request must include detailed reason(s) for dissatisfaction, suggestion(s) for how Music Trax may avoid repeating the problem(s) in the future, and the dollar amount of the refund being sought. Music Trax agrees to honor reasonable requests except when dissatisfaction is caused by compliance with other terms of the agreement or by client's failure to comply with the terms of said agreement.  Music Trax will also, at all times, operate within the confines of all laws as well as venue rules and regulations and will not be held liable for doing so. In addition, Music Trax cannot be held liable for acts of God, such as inclement weather, the actions of others not affiliated with Music Trax, or other events over which it has no control, including but not limited to, loss of electrical power. Music Trax does not make any guarantees as to the outcome or success of the event. The client agrees that the evaluation of the quality of the performance by the disc jockey is subjective and not grounds for refund. ~ 772.202.8221 // 772.567.8729
